RMAG PLUS
RMAG PLUS keeps the marine magnesium of RMAG B6 and adds lemon balm for adults who want a calmer evening routine.
What is inside
The formula combines 375 mg of marine magnesium, lemon-balm extract and vitamin B6. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and to normal nervous-system function. Lemon balm is traditionally used as part of a wind-down routine. That is not a claim to treat anxiety.
RMAG PLUS differs from RMAG B6 by the lemon balm. Choose RMAG B6 if you only want magnesium plus B6. Choose RMAG PLUS if you prefer that plant alongside them. Both are food supplements, not substitutes for medical advice.
Usual intake: 1 to 2 capsules a day with water, as stated on the leaflet. Do not stack several magnesium products without advice. People on medication, and anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, should ask a professional before ordering.
