SOMNIA
SOMNIA is a bedtime food supplement with melatonin, valerian and lemon balm. Arkosanté distributes it in Morocco.

What is inside
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. Valerian and lemon balm complete the formula as part of an evening routine. SOMNIA is not a sleeping pill and does not treat chronic insomnia.
Use it alongside regular bedtimes, a dark room and fewer screens. If night waking has lasted a long time, talk to a doctor rather than stacking supplements.
Take it as the leaflet says, usually in the evening. Do not drive if you feel less alert. Ask for advice if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on treatment, especially sedatives.
How to take it
The usual intake is 1 to 2 capsules a day with a large glass of water, unless the leaflet says otherwise. Do not exceed the dose printed on the box.
Quality and origin
Arkosanté has its food supplements made in France and distributes them in Morocco. The brand highlights an ISO 22000 approach, controls and selected actives. That does not replace reading the label.
Food supplements do not replace a varied diet or a prescribed treatment. Ask a health professional, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication.
